Help needed on Biamp setup.
Would like biamp my fronts since my XPA5 still has 2 free outlets. The thing is after I have the cable to connect my amp and realise how should I biamp my front at the amp site? Right now my LCR are connected to Emotiva XPA 5 and using RCA connects back to Onkyo3008 preout. So should i connnect the other 2 from "A" & "B" then connect them via RCA to preout of Onkyo? If yes, what port should I connect to since LCR preout already occupied?
Or should I directly connect the speaker cable to Onkyo3008 front speakers port?
Need all the adivice from sifu.

Can use one pair of the speaker cable directly connected to the Onkyo3008 front directly without pre out; whereas the other pair of spaker cable still connect to XPA5 > Onkyo Front Pre out? In that case I don't need Y cable and RCA to link between Onkyo to XPA5... Still work but not ideal? Like W00lvie's question but it was never been answered... forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=1111549&view=findpost&p=30369461

2 questions: 1) Will the solution#2 works? 2) Solution#1 vs solution#2 (if it works), which is better?

No, the 2nd way is not advisable as the gain on the XPA5 is different from the Onkyo. So you will end up with different spl from the tweeter and woofers for the same volume setting.

Try full-range your front in direct/pure audio mode by playback high-resolution flac or wav stereo audio will be good for your ears to differentiate.
